Li Jun Xuan pulled over his vehicle on the roadside before turning to his girlfriend. "Is this the place?"
Shen Yi Nian checked the address on her phone and looked back at the number on the fence. "Mhm… it seems like it." She stretched her head to peek at the house again. Shen Yi Nian wondered if the person she was supposed to meet was at the house. The house seemed too quiet.
Thinking about it, Shen Yi Nian was glad Li Jun Xuan offered to drive her to the location. The place was quite far and would be difficult for her to reach by public transport.
The traffic was terrible.
If she had to wait for the cab driver to arrive, there was a chance that she might not make it to the interview on time.
"Will this interview take long?" Li Jun Xuan asked.
"The former prosecutor agreed to allocate an hour for the interview," Shen Yi Nian answered. "But depending on the situation, the interview might end earlier or later."
