But the Fate Wizard's magic was blocked by another Fate Wizard. She then learned that the mastermind had the help of a Fate Wizard with him.
It's not easy to find the identity of the mastermind. She had learned about the whole incident from Lara. During the attack, Vincent Carey was not inside the car.
She was thinking that the attack was related to Vincent Carey in the back of her mind, because she had verified with the family heads of three wizard seeds.
They didn't have any issues with powerful organizations that could go against Silver Tower, which left her to think about the issue from another angle.
