A shadowy figure slowly speaks amidst the darkness, "The headquarters of the Moonlight are in the bustling city center of the Tia Empire's capital, but this desolate place, aside from bird droppings, nothing else falls here."
"These Central Earth folks are indeed peculiar, finding this place quite suitable. It makes our actions easier; when we kill all the stubborn elements inside, no one will see." A figure replies.
"I think this place is too off the beaten path; we can't even kidnap civilians to threaten these people," a figure murmurs, "This research institute crowd thinks they're so morally upright, but as long as we grab a bunch of ordinary people, they'll quickly become obedient."
