These 'radiance' originated from the Extraordinary Items he once contacted, which were used as the core of the Sealing Array in the 'Underground Palace' to seal 'Fragment 009-1' and '009-2'.
Fragment 001 is the term from the Original Federation, or rather the term used by the ruin civilization, which seemingly categorized powerful sealed items into some sort of 'sequence', and assigned numbers accordingly.
