The blazing sun hung high in the sky, casting its heat upon a wide road.
"Hyah, hyah, hyah!"
With loud shouts, two horseback riders whipped their horses into a mad gallop, racing towards the scene from afar!
These two were a man and a woman, each stained with blood.
The man, in particular, even had his face smeared red with it!
Yet he paid no mind and wiped it with his hand, then looked back.
His eyes narrowed, gazing down the road behind him.
There, more horses were charging forth, each ridden by a shadowy figure.
Every one of those figures held a weapon, and the one at the forefront rode a horse, distinguished by his single eye.
He brandished a large saber in one hand, occasionally lifting it to shout.
"Come on, boys, after them!"
The followers on horseback heard the call, and immediately responded with excited shouts.
"Kill, kill them!"
Witnessing this scene, the man at the front, with bloodied face, grimaced.
