The recruitment event at the Forbidden Magic Tower had been completed three times. He had sought out all the notable individuals on the tenth floor area at least once, and had received both acceptances and rejections.
Eventually, he recruited approximately thirty crew members, all Mixed Ring Wizards at the pinnacle of the Ninth Ring, each with their own unique skills. While he failed to recruit the targeted Black Demon Dragon, it wasn't a big problem.
All that was left was waiting; once the internal war reached a certain level of chaos, the Forbidden Magic Tower would naturally be targeted and breached by those with intentions.
The plan for revenge would likely have to wait until after the war to be resumed.
On Lin Suo's personal front, his stored materials were depleted, having crafted about thirty distinct Legendary Witch Tools, all of Lower Legendary grade and specifically amplified.
