If Pandora City she built during the Witch's Night was once a small fishing village, then now this Underworld has directly become a bustling international metropolis.
There's simply no comparison in scale.
However, even after countless expansions, the central area still maintains the exact appearance Dorothy remembers. She even immediately spotted Adam's shabby chapel.
For a moment, Dorothy truly felt as if she had returned to the Witch's Night.
To put it bluntly, she feels like she might be dreaming again.
