"So, Ash should be getting his memories as a player back?" Lawrence understood everything.
"Yes, at least that's what the game instructed. I believe it won't be long before it will happen." Kevin answered.
Ace removed Ash's shackles and let his head lean on his chest. He meticulously check his breathing and after confirming everything is okay, only then did Ace shook Ash.
"Ash, wake up."
Ash did not respond.
Ace did not stop and he shook Ash's shoulders again.
It took a few more tries before Ash stirred. His long eyelashes fluttered and his big innocent round eyes that Ace were familiar with gazed straight at him.
"Ash?" Ace cupped Ash's face and turn him so he will face Ace.
"How are you feeling? Are you hurting anywhere?"
Ash struggled to speak for a few seconds before he opened his mouth. "Ace?"
"Yes, it's me. Do you recognize me now?" Ace's voice cracked.
Ash can't help but smile. "Why won't I?" He attempted to move but wince after he tried to get up.
"What's wrong?"
