Chapter 6 - Against an Army

Sasha woke up, her body healed from her wounds as she lay against the Statue Of Avanadiel.

"...what?"

understandably, she was still confused. She still didnt know what had happened after all.

'...did the warrior succeed?'

She thought to herself, her head still hurting. The last thing she saw before passing out was more laser beams attacking the Warrior who had come to save her.

"Who was he anyway?...did he succeed or am I hallucinating right now?"

She asked herself, her vision still blurry.

She didnt remember his face, not at all. He wasn't part of the clergy nor a knight she Recognized.

Then who was he? He must have been of considerable strength considering he got so far into the Chaotic lands. And was right in front of Hugo's castle, which was situated in a city full of Vile creatures of the night numbering tens of thousands.

"My head hurts..."

She said as she massaged her head. She collected herself and took in her surroundings.

"...A church?"

She saw the carvings and most importantly the bishop in the middle, who was now but a skeleton.

But then...her eyes saw something outside of this world.

A Little bit further, In a little area behind the bishop was the same man who had saved her...

Her gaze fell on him, On his long and beautiful hair which contained the essence of the moon.

His magnificent figure, bathing in the red moonlight of the blood moon...

She was mesmerized by it, fascinated by it...She didn't even notice the blush on her face.

He sat in the lotus position as his body basked in the moonlight...looking absolutely phenomenal.

Suddenly, he opened his eyes...and Sasha saw those beautiful scarlet eyes in person.

"...Beautiful."

She muttered...gazing at the beauty of the Man. She had never seen such a handsome person in her life. Not even the royals in the Capital could compare to her.

"Oh, Your awake?"

The man stood up with a smile as he made his way toward Sasha.

"Are you alright? You were quite injured."

His smile made her nose bleed...She was thinking.

'How can there be such a beautiful person?'

She thought to herself. Sasha Silverowolf, the daughter of the Saintess had fallen in love in seconds! She had not paid attention to any man in her life but this person was absolutely beautiful!

"Are you okay?"

He knelt down before her and their eyes met one another at the same level. Sasha immediately became red and backed away to the man's confusion.

Her back collided with the Statue of Avandiel. Sasha looked behind her and was shocked.

'The Holy Spirit Avanadiel!'

As soon as she his statue she kneeled down and bowed.

"A Daughter of Savar pay's her respect to the holy spirit Avanadiel."

She prostrated herself and greeted the mightiest spirit of her Lord Savar. Avanadiel.

"Oh! So he's Avanadiel!"

Behind her, the handsome man exclaimed.

'...?'

Sasha was quite confused. She remembered that she heard him say that he belonged to the religion of Savar previously...That was one of the few things she remembered before passing out.

'...I must figure out his identity.'

After she was done with her prayer, she called out to the man.

"Saviour."

She addressed the man. She must treat him with respect, he had rescued her from a Vampire Duke's castle after all. He was her savior and also a man possessing incredible Charm and strength.

"May this maiden enquire about your identity?"

She asked politely, the man stared at her with a smile and politely replied.

"I don't know!"

You could say she was confused. Confused to the point where her head hit the ground in shock.

The man stared at her with a confused face.

"...I beg your pardon?"

She said, still in disbelief.

"I don't know who I am! Haha!"

...

...

...

'...What.'

Was she having a moment where there was nothing in her brain?

Yeah.

"...You do not know who you are?"

"Nope!"

The man answered joyously.

"..."

"All I remember is I just appeared here, in front of Avanadiel's Statue."

In an instant, Something clicked in Sasha's mind.

'...Appeared here, in Infront of Sir Avanadiel's statue?... Could it be?!'

"Was there light when you came, Sir?!"

She asked, a hint of joy laced in her voice.

"Yeah, I guess."

"Oh thank the Lord Almighty Savar!"

She clasped her hands together and prayed To Savar.

The man tilted his head in confusion.

"You are a holy Spirit sir, Sent by Lord Savar to aid this world."

She prostrated herself before the man and declared. She knew he was probably confused.

It was her duty to aid Holy Spirits sent by the Holy Lord Savar. Her duty as the next saintess.

"Oh great holy Spirit, please say 'Status'. You will find your name there."

"You can get up though...?"

"Please, it is an honor to be in your presence."

Indeed it was the greatest honor to be in the man's presence.

"I already did that, But I still don't know my name."

"Please say Show status."

"Alright."

The man agreed. He figured the beautiful woman probably knew a lot more than him.

"Show Status."

"...?"

This was a first for Sasha. She hadn't read about such a thing in the Scriptures before.

The man noticed Sasha's confusion and laughed.

"Don't worry, We will find out who I am soon, I think?"

He seemed to be questioning himself...

"wait...."

Sasha focused on the information she could see instead of the other Errors...

She banged her head on the ground immediately after she read.

[PureBlood Werewolf{Alpha}, Bloodline of the Mighty Savar himself.]

"Forgive me for my impudence!"

She apologized for even raising her head in his presence!

He was of the bloodline of Savar himself! Not One of his Knight Clergy! She had previously thought he may have had been of the Mighty Avanadiel the white...but he was someone even greater. Even Avanadiel's bloodline was great! He was second only to lord Savar after all.

"I was unaware that you were a son of the Almighty Savar."

"Ok."

"Please Forgive me!"

"Sure."

"Please!"

"Sure..?"

This continued for quite a while. Sasha's devotion was at fault and the man was confused.

A sigh was heard from up above, Not belonging to the man nor Sasha.

But this sigh wasn't heard by everyone due to the rumbling of the ground.

*RUMBLE!*

The Man looked outside and said.

"Wow. So many."

Sasha knew what was happening.

"Holy Spirit! Hugo is coming with his army. Allow me to st-"

"No worries, Just rest. You're injured. Leave it to me."

The man smiled as he went outside.

The last thing Sasha saw before he left was him lightly stretching his back.

The confidence he had to fearlessly go outside where an entire army was waiting for him...

But then again, He was the Son Of Savar himself...Sasha trusted her God, the Almighty God.

Savar had sent his own Son to the dying Aldea...

Her Lord was still there. She knew he didnt abandon Aldea.

Now left alone, She prayed to Savar amidst the rumbling.
