At that moment,
a sudden loud noise erupted overhead.
It was the ripping sound of an airplane propeller.
Buzzing intensely.
Julion Johnsons' lips curled into a seductive smile, "Mother Jiang, this is why Dad Arthur didn't leave."
Ella Lacey took a moment to react, then said with ecstatic joy, "You mean he had the private plane come to pick us up early in the morning?"
Julion Johnsons coolly nodded.
Soon,
the plane made a smooth landing, the cabin door opened, and a gangway extended down into the yellow sand.
Arthur Lindsey spoke with a detached tone, "Board the plane."
"Yes, sir!"
Ella Lacey scampered after him, thinking that the haughty and icy Arthur had finally come to life.
Suddenly, a figure dashed over at high speed, blocking Ella Lacey's path with a smile, "Mrs. Arthur, you are leaving, but I've never had the chance to see the Heart of the Desert with my own eyes. Could you let me take a look?"
It was Ordon Finnegan.
He asked very politely.
