"Lady, we meet again!" The Owl-man bowed slightly, "May I ask if you know who killed Lady Leiya?"
The same question appeared again, but the situation was completely different. At least this time, the Shadow Play knew some secrets and held evidence in its hand.
"I don't know." The Shadow Play did not voice her judgment.
Although by analogy a conclusion could be drawn that the Owl-man is the killer of the White Dove Man, the connection is not deep. Much like different situations at various forks in the road are unrelated, her judgment would be meaningless, and she couldn't be sure of this. Perhaps each bird-headed person at the forks is a new entity, or only some forks are connected.
"Then, Lady, do you have any clues?" The Owl-man still tried to maintain elegance, but the regret in the tone could be heard.
The Shadow Play hesitated for two seconds, deciding to stick to her previous approach, she replied:
"Sorry, no, I am just passing by."
