Time came to a standstill as everything froze until a portal opened in front of Itsuki and he stepped through it , as he disappeared into the portal the world outside started glowing as light particles filled every corner of the globe...

With the advent of spirits the whole landscape of the world changed with every nation trying to create spirits but failing at it.
A devastating spatial quake came upon Eurasian subcontinent but surprisingly no lives were lost.
And the reasons was equated to the First spirit code named 'Kami' , 'God'. That was the first contact humanity had with spirits.
After that more and more spirits began popping out but they were centered in the small country of Japan.
Ofcourse this was a major concern for the global political landscape and many countries were ofcourse afraid of Japan trying something.
Many countries did try a preemptive strike but it was useless as Japan happened to be under the protection of the spirit 'Kami' who happened to be one of the most influential person on the globe due to his ability to turn others into spirits.
But luckily World domination was not on the list of things that 'Kami' had in mind but it still didn't prevent others form becoming greedy and try to capture spirits to experiment or to create their own which would usually result in spatial quakes.
Tengoku the company owned by 'Kami' which was the biggest manufacturer of weapons for wizards was something that no country wished to piss off as they had their own private squadron of wizards and spirits.
Any time a spirit popped up , the team from Tengoku would contain it with the intention of neutralizing it without killing it.
It was discovered that every one in a million human had a Sephira crystal in them which would activate turning them into a spirit , some might lose control in the process or cause spatial quakes, and the damage would depend upon the power of spirit.
Up until now the only Male spirit has been 'Kami' with not a second one popping up.
And it was discovered that Sephira crystals were more compatible with females and this reason was something that confused all researchers because why would it be like that.
Because all of them believed 'Kami' was responsible for the advent of spirits but it seems that theory might be wrong but no matter what, the world was indirectly under the control of 'Kami' as nobody dared to piss this omnipotent being off.....

" Hmm? But last I checked we were just friends Miss Mio " Itsuki asked while he lightly raised his eyebrows as he held her hands gently.
" *Cough* I am doing this for my daughters since they seem to love you very much ..." Mio said with a blush as she averted her eyes.
" Oh? So all this time you were riding me without putting your heart into it ... I am hurt ~ " Itsuki said in a dramatic tone as he whispered in her ears.
" Shut up! Why are you so crass! " Mio said in an annoyed tone as her outburst caused some people to gaze at them weirdly. Luckily the wedding ceremony was over otherwise they might get kicked out.
" Because your reactions are so adorable ~ " Itsuki said in teasing tone causing Mio to roll her eyes in annoyance before holding his arm between her boobs with a huff.
They were two people who were hurting inside but due to some twist of fate they ended up empathizing with each other and in the end being a comfort to one another...

Don't worry he won't lose anyone, just felt the need to erase a lot of tragedies.....
The sins Elen did were a bit too fucked for me to ignore when I put myself in Itsuki's shoes cuz dude is supposed to be a good guy and when I put myself in Ellen's shoes I couldn't help but think that she would be haunted by her past actions due to the horrifying nature of them.
Some people might not like this decision but I personally do not care , cuz it's already written and the story is over 🦆
