Third Person POV
On a small planet within the Interstellar Federation, inside a modest orphanage—
A very cute baby with bright green eyes and slightly bluish hair lay nestled in a soft cradle. His appearance might seem unusual to outsiders, but not in this world. He had fuzzy squirrel-like ears and a long, fluffy tail wrapped gently around himself.
The baby's eyes opened slowly, full of clarity and depth. Though small and newly born, he had the gaze of someone who had seen everything the universe had to offer. After a brief moment of surprise, a deep calm settled over him. Then, almost as if reading something invisible to others, his eyes focused on the empty space above.
He let out a small sigh and appeared completely at peace.

MC POV
When I opened my eyes, I sighed quietly and then relaxed. Just another life…
My name is Alex. In my first life, I had loving parents, but I fell gravely ill at a young age. I spent my entire childhood and adolescence in hospitals, dreaming of one day seeing the world.
When I died, a so-called transmigration system appeared before me, offering me a choice: to transmigrate to countless worlds. Naturally, I accepted. How could I refuse the chance to experience all the things I had once only dreamed about?
Since then, I've lived many lives. I've walked countless paths and collected a vast range of skills, knowledge, experiences, and powers. I've been a Michelin-starred chef, a capable CEO, a Western doctor, a classical Chinese physician in an ancient dynasty, a leader of a post-apocalyptic base, a master of secret arts in a Wuxia world, a half-dragon, an Elf, a Saint, a musician, a painter, a daycare teacher, a hacker, and even an engineer in a highly advanced technological world... among others.
This isn't even the first time I've been reborn as a baby. So, I wasn't surprised when the familiar blue screen appeared before me once more.
< Hello, Host. >< After so many lives, this is your final reincarnation. The system is officially bidding you farewell. There are no more missions. The system will no longer follow you. >< The system only hopes you can be happy and live well. >
At first, I was stunned. But slowly, a mixture of happiness and melancholy washed over me.
I would miss the system… Despite everything, it had always been with me. And honestly, I was tired—exhausted after hundreds of years of experiences, responsibilities, and avoiding deep emotional ties. I'd kept myself from forming strong bonds and had never allowed myself to fall in love—especially with the possibility of finding a boyfriend.
Yes, I've lived so many lives beyond imagination. I've seen incredible things and held positions I never could have in my first life. But in the end, no matter who we are, we all grow weary of endless wandering.
So, in this final life… I just want to be happy. If possible, I'd like to find someone special, form genuine bonds, and create a family of my own.
With that in mind, I glanced back at the screen.
< As a parting gift, the system will explain this world's settings. >< You've been reborn in an interstellar era. The galaxy is divided between an Empire and a Federation. You are now a citizen of the Federation. >
< This universe contains four genders: Male High Selvagian, Female High Selvagian, Male Selvagian, and Female Selvagian. >< Selvagians have animal characteristics, but their bodies are typically weaker than their High Selvagian counterparts. They cannot transform fully or partially, beyond their basic traits. >
Note: I'm currently renaming these races. High Selvagian = Orc, and Selvagian = Sub-orc. I'll finalize these changes over time.
< Both groups can awaken supernatural powers. These vary based on physical and mental strength, as well as other subjective factors like soul potential. >< Most people have only one power, and abilities range widely in type and strength. >
< Present threats include internal political conflicts, mutant and cosmic beasts, and most of all—the Zergs, who are the greatest danger to civilization. >
After reading, I felt a mix of relief and concern.
The good part? This is an interstellar world—I've never experienced one before. Technology will be a huge advantage.
But… the concept of High Selvagians and Selvagians gave me pause. I've seen similar setups in previous lives. In fact, I once lived as an Omega in an Omegaverse world, which brought its own headaches. While this system seems less problematic, it still made me wary.
As if reading my thoughts, another screen appeared:
< The Host is a squirrel-type Selvagian. But don't worry. >< On the standard scale (F, E, D, C, B, A, S, SS, SSS): >< Your physical body is S-ranked, even superior to most High Selvagians. >< Your mental power is SSS+, a level practically unheard of in the universe's history. >
More detailed explanations followed—especially comparisons to the Omegaverse.
Apparently, while pheromones exist in this world, they don't function in the same way. There's no overpowering temptation or instinct-driven dynamics. Pheromones are generally used for intimate bonding, such as between family or partners, more as a scent of trust than control.
Relationships here are built on loyalty and oaths, often made before a sacred stone dedicated to the Beast God. Once formed, bonds are considered sacred.
Hearing all this, I finally felt at ease. Being a Selvagian wouldn't cause me any major issues—other than the potential of… pregnancy. But that was something to think about later.
Then came the final screen—the one that made me genuinely smile:
[Supernatural Powers Recorded in World Registry]— Nature/Vegetation Power: SSS— Space Power: SS— Aura (Neutral Energy) Power: SS— Other powers from past lives not included in registry…]
That's more than enough.
With these abilities, I could live peacefully, protect myself, and maybe even help others.
At that moment, I felt something brush against my consciousness. I saw a familiar figure from the system—smiling gently, waving goodbye—as sleep overtook me.
Let this be my final life. Let this be the beginning of something real.
