You can't find a Proxy Agent here. With Dusk's style, it's impossible not to arrange for a Proxy Agent to come over; the Proxy Agent must have come from the other side.
Both worlds are connected now, so it doesn't matter where the Proxy Agent appears. If they appear here, there would be more trouble; although they can't survive in the sunlight, they've been operating in this world for decades.
The other side... operations can't be sustained on the other side at all. There's fundamentally no energy there, only strength; special power is completely unusable there.
If it weren't for the technology from the Boundary Breaking Organization, Boundary Breakers wouldn't be able to do anything once they've crossed over, as it's too difficult to break the boundary without the bonus of special power.
Some worlds with low energy levels can use boundary-breaking technology, which is based on the presence of enough intelligent beings in that world.
