During this five-year screening, a quarter of the Sixth Level Cosmic Civilizations, along with their subordinate Fifth Level Cosmic Civilizations, were categorized as obstinate and unyielding.
These civilizations wished to follow the Human Camp into High-Dimensional Space-Time but were unwilling to abide by the Human Dao and resisted the constraints of human principles.
