The insult couldn't have been more blatant. Yet Ye Yuning pressed on, "Haven't I made it clear? When it's time to clock out, everyone leaves. No one is allowed to eat in the office."
"Yes, yes!" The assistant agreed with a nervous expression, but inwardly she was ecstatic. She knew Ye Yuning was deliberately saying this for that phony Chairman's wife to hear.
Zheng Cailan's and Ye Tong's faces darkened further. Watching Ye Yuning vent this seemingly baseless anger, they were momentarily unsure if she had overheard their earlier conversation.
