Huo Zongtao nodded, "Yes, the victory is decided."
The rules were set by him: one must completely subdue the other. He no longer had the power to counterattack; Huo Siyu had subdued him.
This round, Huo Siyu won.
Only then did Huo Siyu sheathe his knife. He couldn't lower it until he heard Huo Zongtao concede in person; he understood Huo Zongtao all too well.
