Many magic warriors who joined the ghost associations were magic warriors with poor talent. Even if there were some of them who had better talents, they have already reached the end of their lives and would not be able to advance again.
For many magic warriors, it was painful to not being able to advance again.
And knowing that their lives would come to the end, some of them were unwilling.
The rest have relatively lower ranks but they were older and unable to advance quickly in their lives. Even if they could advance again, it might take years or even decades. This made them feel unwilling and impatient.
Perhaps, many of them even have grudge towards the geniuses.
Because they all have to work so hard in order to advance even a small rank but these geniuses were able to advance several ranks in a short period of time as long as they practiced enough.
How could this not make them jealous?
