Haiyuan was the name of Pingdu City during the XXX dynasty, which means that the Orange Immortal Ring might really be in the small world near Jushui Town.
Why say this? Because ancient maps are generally extremely simple and do not calculate down to the town level, so the place marked on the parchment map refers to a very broad area, which may include what is now Jushui Town.
