Brooke wasn't sure what she would find out when she went after Gilbert to Hannah's room. She didn't want it to be true, that the woman she considered her close friend…her best friend would do something like that.
But now, with nothing but Gilbert's back in front of her, she couldn't find the words to say. Thane was with the doctors, fighting for his life, her filming might be placed on hold, and now Hannah turned out to be someone entirely different.
"Gilbert! Don't you think you're being too assertive about this? I'm speaking with Mrs Grayson and not you!" Hannah clapped back at him.
Gilbert sneered, "Mrs Grayson is overwhelmed right now! I'm taking it upon myself to protect her from a liar like you. Be grateful I didn't call the police."
But Hannah did not back down, "How did you know to search me today of all days? Don't you think you're suspicious too?"
