"Elder sister," Lilith opened the passenger seat and Loki jumped onto the car seat, curling his tail.
He looked at her cold face and tilted his head, "What's wrong with you?"
Lilith didn't answer right away. Her gaze was quiet and expressionless.
"Do you still have your full power?" she asked calmly.
"Still recovering," Loki said, sitting straight now. "But I can do small things."
"I want you to do something for me…" her voice was emotionless.
Loki nodded his head. "Tell me, I'll do it."
After that, Lilith drove to her small house. She didn't say anything to anyone. The house was silent. She took a quick bath, brushed her hair, and lay on bed without switching on the light.
Her mind was full. But her heart was calm… too calm.
Next morning, Lilith got up early as usual. She tied her hair in a loose ponytail and wore a neat blouse and pants. Her eyes were still cold, but her steps were firm.
While she was combing her hair, her phone screen lit up. It was an email.
