WARNING
SOME OF YOU MIGHT FIND IT...UGH WHATEVER YOU THINK
ALSO, I GUESS I FORGOT TO MENTION IT BUT NEPHIS IS WEARING A WHITE ROBE ON TOP OF HER BATTLE SUIT.....
JUST BEAR IT WITH ME.
------------------------------------------------------------
Sunny and Nephis, both of them participated in the contest of staring at each other in silence.
Although as much of a tenacious bastard as he was, staring at her blazing grey eyes made him sweat for some reason.
Tension was increasing in the room; the same could be said for the heat.
Sunny noticed it a bit later, Nephis had dismissed her battlesuit revealing her flawless skin through the silky robe she was wearing.
For some reason, he wanted his eyes to witness that skin rather than her blazing eyes but he wasn't like that, he could...
"My eyes are up here." Her voice sounded like thunder, shaking his eyes off her lustrous, glossy skin.
Trembling, he looked into her eyes again; however, this time he felt a bit subdued. Sunny found himself unable to meet her gaze directly.
Suddenly she put her hand on his face, soft...it was soft almost made his skin melt in touch.
"Tell me...Sunny do you hate me?" Her voice was low and a little off, it almost sounded...seductive.
However, when asked a question...Sunny was a heartbreaker.
His gaze didn't tremble like before as his flaw forced through.
"Of course, it would be a lie to say that I don't harbour deep feelings of contempt for you and your twisted ambitions...." He took a moment, pausing as he noticed Nephis's gaze tremble slightly, before deciding to continue.
"However, I am mad enough to be a part of it, and of you." As he spoke, Nephis's eyes sparkled with a flicker of hope and excitement, illuminating the depths of her soul...
The burning desire in her eyes raged furiously.
Sunny realised what he had done but the deed was already done, Nephis retracted her hand from his cheek and her silky legs parted slightly as she settled her feet on the ground softly. Each second made his heart beat wildly, as she looked down at him.
Strangely, the tip of her ears were slightly pink.
He didn't understand what it meant, nor did he understand what was happening in the room with the two of them alone.
Sunny was just going with the flow.
Initially, he had expected to have a serious talk with her, but her strange actions made the direction off the path he was expecting.
It was really hard for him if he could, he wanted to kill her right now...but it seemed impossible, without her many things would go down the wrong path.
Nephis had an important role to play, but what about Cassie?
It was simple, he was going to kill her if he could get free from the situation he was stuck in.
Nephis bent her body slightly, her hand reached out to his messy hair, and she gently tucked it behind his ears. His face was more visible now, her expression softened and she smiled before...
Those silky legs glided on top of his thighs.
Her robe slightly parted as she climbed on top of Sunny, each movement was slow and drove him mad, although his ability to control his emotions was good but it wasn't enough.
Slowly, his face started to get red as Nephis settled on top of him. She stared at him with...passion and longing, strong enough to even affect him. Her arm wrapped around his neck, and her gaze was strong and unwilling to let him go.
Her hair loosely fell over his shoulders as she closed the distance between the two of them.
For Sunny time seemed to be moving slowly, he was feeling a little hesitant...surviving in the outskirts had made him lose most of his warmth for other humans after all it was more like a jungle.
And the law of the jungle was absolute, this place...the dream realm was the same it was all about kill or die, but he had friends here although he hadn't let go of the belief of not trusting anyone...
Surely he could relax a little in their presence.
So, he didn't mind spending some special time with Nephis, even if she knew his true name. If one could observe this situation clearly they would understand that this was an advantage for him.
Taking a light breath, he wrapped his arm around her slender waist making Nephis slightly surprised but she pushed her way more in.
The two of them were going to be busy for a little while.

Outside, the three of them—Kai, Effie and Cassie—were waiting patiently, however, it was only true for Kai and the blind seer Cassie.
The gluttonous hunter, Effie was brimming with foul jokes. Controlling herself was really hard, so she needed to corrupt the two fellows beside her.
Nudging her elbow slightly on the handsome archer to gain his attention, which she was successful in. Effie whispered:
"Hey...do you think doofus and princess are breaking her bed right now?"
At her silent words, which even reached to Cassie's ears, Kai looked at her with a look of shock.
"Effie, I don't think it is the right time to crack these jokes..." Kai paused then his expression changed that of slight agreement and continued."As for your question, you might be right about it."
Effie grinned brightly, while Cassie wished to get hanged on a wooden cross.
A few moments later, Sunny walked outside slightly rubbing his neck, his hair was a little messy than usual following it was his unusual breathing.
Before they could inquire him, he disappeared in the shadows of the hall. Nephis walked out her expression normal like a calm sea, she was still in her previous attire.
There were no signs at all, or maybe there were it was just that they couldn't see it, excluding Cassie of course who was blind.

In the ruined cathedral, Sunny entered his room. He was breathing heavily, summoning the endless spring, he gulped down water from the flask greedily.
Taking the top of the puppeteer's shroud off his body, Sunny examined his upper body—strong lean muscles, with few scars from battles and...few red spots.
He examined the red spots on his neck, shoulder, chest and even on his abdominal muscles, everything was thoroughly savoured.
"She didn't left behind any place except a few...damnation what was going on my mind at that time?" He muttered to himself.
Memories of the two of them sharing their moment flashed in his mind, Sunny's face turned red...as much as he wanted to deny it, it surely felt good.
Shaking his head, but not being able to make himself forget about their previous interaction, her tender lips and that glossy skin, she-
'Damnation! This is much worse than that tree's mind hex.'
Just as he was going to pull his hair out of frustration, someone entered his room...
Sunny knew who it was.
Taking a deep breath, he fixed his clothing and turned around.
"We have a grudge to settle, don't you think...Harus?" His voice was venomous as his gaze fully settled on the tall, strange man with pale skin and glossy eyes.
The hunchback, who used to be one stared at him and smiled.
"Oh, we do have one, indeed."
...
"To tell you the truth, Harus...I have killed many monsters, some of them were nightmare creatures and some were men. I killed a person or two as well, but I have never done it out of malice, I've never enjoyed it too much..."
He paused and then spat, his voice shaking.
"But I will enjoy killing you."
Sunny's hand pushed forward, the muscles in his arm strained as the two of them wrestled their hands, and then he used more force.
Losing his ground, Harus's hand slammed on the table.
He lost.
"I guess this counts as my defeat, well it was fun Sunless." Harus said while looking at his hand.
Sunny looked at Harus, as much as he wanted to kill him...his desire had died down.
"How did you change so much?" He asked out of pure interest.
Harus looked at him, it was an unreadable expression. He was a strange person, no one ever knew what was going on in his mind except him.
"It was just a realization—or perhaps you could say it was Wren. My loyalty was absolute, but it wasn't worth my life. Gunlaug was a friend, and I had followed him of my own accord, but he wasn't my master; no one is. I had come to this understanding early on, before my life slipped out of my grasp."
He turned his body and started to walk away, then he stopped and looked over from his shoulder.
"I would rather be a knight who protects his own life, his friends and maybe a few people who were lucky enough to have me but...I would never become anyone's slave again."
With that, he left Sunny behind.
Sunny's expression turned firm, Harus had earned his respect. It was a lesson for him, he was going to secure his freedom.
He was going to kill Nephis during the final battle.
Suddenly, he had a wish...
Sunny really wanted to grow a bit taller.
What a sincere wish it was.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
One thing, Sunny and Nephis didn't break her bed. Also, next chapter this forgotten shore arc will end, indeed we are directly going to Sunless Vs Nephis. Why? Because it is not worth it.
May the Abyss be with you!
Bye Bye~~
