Katia, watching him closely, nodded. "Emperor, that old Titan is overly cautious. Ever since the Divine Plans, he has been obsessed with the idea of an inevitable war, or even a catastrophe that would exterminate the celestial tribes. It was this paranoia that caused them to isolate themselves from the other bloodlines."
