After dropping Emily Brown off at the kindergarten, Emily Berns and Charlotte both sat in the back. Emily Berns said to Charlotte, "Charlotte, why are you so happy today?"
Charlotte smiled proudly and said, "This morning I helped Uncle with that thing."
John Smith coughed dryly, surprised that Charlotte would brag about something like that.
Emily Berns's face changed slightly, but she wasn't angry, and said, "Did you have sex?"
Charlotte giggled and said, "No, I just used my mouth..."
Emily Berns's face immediately turned red, and she spat at Charlotte, "You guys are so disgusting."
Charlotte still boasted, "Sister Grace, I'm telling you, when you like someone, no matter what you do, it doesn't feel disgusting at all. I originally thought it would feel gross, but seeing Uncle's satisfied expression made me very happy and not grossed out at all. Really, why don't you give it a try?"
