In fact, Chen Shanshan isn't a professional host; she is just a regular employee hired by the company on a fixed salary, whose routine job happens to be livestreaming.
Her performance in livestreaming is also average, usually attracting only about a hundred viewers.
Of course, that's not her fault. Nowadays, almost every company big or small has its official livestream channel, but few become popular.
