His little training session with Lady Ava wrapped up shortly after that, and Cass came face to face with the realisation that he was going to have to share a tent with Lucian again.
He didn't need a reminder of it. Lucian had been staring at him whenever they were done with clearing parts of the dungeon all day, and throughout his session with Lady Ava, and dinner. The man didn't look angry, and answered and turned his head when others spoke to him, but Cass could feel his constant gaze on him.
Cass was a little worried about what going to bed entailed.
"Cass, why don't you get changed into your night clothes and then I can help you wrap your hands." Fiona said as Cass and Lady Ava approached the main circle again. Cass nodded slowly, glancing at where Lucian was standing near the tents, chatting to Vespertine.
