Finally, the hour hand of the big clock at the train station reached the departure time. The Hogwarts Express slowly pulled away, leaving a trail of steam in its wake.

"It's over," Ron said dully. "The train's gone. What if Mum and Dad can't come back for us? Do you have any Muggle money?"

Harry laughed dryly. "The Dursleys haven't given me pocket money in six years."

"I'm fine," Ryan said, pulling out his wallet. "I've still got over 30 pounds on me."

Ron visibly relaxed after hearing this but then pressed his ear against the cold partition wall, his face tense. "No sound," he said nervously. "What are we going to do? I wonder how long it'll take for my parents to realize we're stuck here."

The incessant chirping of Harry's owl was drawing too much attention, so Harry suggested waiting for the Weasleys in the car. At the mention of the word "car," Ron's eyes lit up. He turned excitedly to Ryan and Harry.

"We can drive to Hogwarts! We're stuck, right? We have to get back to school somehow, don't we? In real emergencies, young wizards can use magic. It's in Article 19 of the Restriction Regulations... or maybe another paragraph... I can't remember exactly, but—"

"Stop!" Ryan waved his hand, cutting off Ron's rambling. "We're twelve years old, Ron. Do you really think it's a good idea to fly a car across the whole of the UK without even knowing how to drive? If my Levitation Charm fails, I can't save three people from falling out of the sky."

Harry shook his head, realizing Ron's plan was too risky. In the Muggle world, people had to go to driving school and pass tests to get a license. Judging by Mrs. Weasley's strictness, there was no way she'd allow Ron to fly a car. Harry also wasn't keen on putting his life in the hands of a novice wizard driver.
