"Regardless, let's talk business." Ian blurted like he hadn't just said something insane, like he hadn't told Leonard how he had to be smart with his wife and his empire.
"I am listening." Leonard cleared his throat and stared cold at the man.
"I need your help with moving some of my products, my drugs." Ian said he had just dropped a bombshell and he knew, yet he pretended like he didn't. Ian was a man who loved people's reaction, he liked finding their weaknesses and using it against them, like it didn't matter. He knew what he did, and most of all, Ian wasn't someone who moved drugs, it was the ranch that made him money.
Leonard kissed his teeth, and clenched his jaw, he hated being two-timed, he wondered if it was King who didn't do the right research, or if Ian was just someone who knew how to divert attention and was sure no one would know anything that he didn't want them to know.
