The man stared at Rael for a few moments, his frown deepening.
"So you've met Alcetas. Did you two have a good chat?" he asked, narrowing his eyes. "I see your mind has been affected, but I'm a bit surprised you managed to escape from him."
"So you really are one of those people he mentioned." Rael sighed as he sat against the glass. "Hey, who's the person you're looking for?"
"He even told you that much...?" the man muttered. "Well, you should know by now that I can't tell you such information."
"Didn't you say you had a message for Rael?" Zafira chimed in with a frown.
"Oh, that..." The man chuckled, turning to Rael. "My master told me to recruit you peacefully. But since it seems like Alcetas failed, I don't really have anything left to deliver."
Rael shrugged. "Maybe you do? Just relay your master's message. Because Alcetas went about it in a very bitchy way, that's why I declined."
The man raised a brow, and after a few seconds of silence, he spoke.
