"Are you up yet?" Beichen Rui's voice came from the other end of the phone. Ye Xinluo paused for a moment, then responded, "President, do you need something?"
"I told you a few days ago, there's a party today. You're coming with me." Beichen Rui said casually.
"Can I not go?" Ye Xinluo asked.
"No." Beichen Rui replied without thinking.
"President, I have something to do today, I can't accompany you." Ye Xinluo wanted to refuse, she really wasn't interested in that party.

"Something came up." Ye Xinluo told a small lie, feeling a bit guilty, worried that he might sense something was off.
"Really?" Beichen Rui clearly didn't believe her, he turned to look at the entrance of Marine Garden, "I'm at the entrance of your apartment complex. You have half an hour to come out."
