Pei Zhan and Liang Chen are both responsible for guarding different palace gates, so they haven't had time to appear at the Ning Family recently, presumably because they've been busy with the consecutive days of exercises.
Today's exercises are concentrated at the East Hua Gate, but all the related military generals and civil servants are present.
