Chapter 132 - Chapter 132

Masako was getting sweeter and sweeter.

Sasha had been shaping her body really well lately. She was becoming incredibly attractive.

After sending Sara back to Roran, Uchiha Shin also indulged in a life of luxury there for a while.

He personally experienced Sasha's recent efforts and gave her the highest praise. However, he still believed that her ambition of competing with Tsunade was unrealistic. The natural gap between them was simply too vast to close.

But when Uchiha Shin returned to Konoha, he encountered a serious problem.

Tsunade, Mikoto… and the others were staring at him like a pack of wolves.

They had all been provoked by Sara's existence, and without caring about the presence of others, they pounced on him like starving tigers.

Wait—why the hell was Konan among them!?

The next day, Uchiha Shin found himself in Tsunade's office.

As he reminisced about last night's chaos, he sighed, reaffirming that the gap between Tsunade and Sasha was still massive. Tsunade's long, honey-blonde hair was tied back, exuding an irresistible allure. Her beautiful face, adorned with a layer of bright lipstick, had a hint of seductive restraint.

From the outside, she looked the same as before, but her aura had transformed into something even more intoxicating.

She was dressed in her usual white top and green haori, but her denim shorts were cut high, revealing the toned muscle lines on her abdomen. And those legendary curves… world-class, flawless, and utterly mesmerizing.

Years of exposure had granted Uchiha Shin some level of resistance. Even so, his gaze momentarily froze before locking onto her legs, wrapped in sleek black stockings.

Damn. Those legs.

When she turned away from him, the curve of her hips and thighs looked as firm and round as ever.

"Sasha is still miles away from achieving this level of perfection."

Uchiha Shin sighed internally. Tsunade had won. Flawlessly.

"Hmm? What's with that look?" Tsunade's smirk widened. "Thinking of eating me up again?"

She arched a brow, her golden eyes gleaming with amusement. "Let's not talk about what happened yesterday. I was angry then. It won't work now. We have serious matters to discuss."

She turned and crossed her legs, raising one in the air to block his approach.

Her thighs, sculpted yet supple, reminded him of Chun-Li's—powerful, but still feminine. The kind of legs that could split a mountain with a well-placed kick.

Uchiha Shin wasn't intimidated, though. If anything, he found it amusing. With a smirk, he reached out and ran his hand over her thigh, savoring the smoothness of her stockings.

Tsunade twitched slightly but didn't stop him.

"You're ridiculous," she muttered. "Now listen up, you tyrant."

Shin chuckled, withdrawing his hand and leaning back lazily. "Speak, my secret ruler of the Fire Country."

Tsunade rolled her eyes, but a faint smile tugged at her lips. Secret ruler? More like his glorified administrator.

Ignoring his teasing, she grabbed a scroll and got to business. "Our territorial expansion has been highly successful. We've taken over the lands of Whirlpool, Iron, Sky, and Rain."

"This has naturally provoked the other major nations. The shinobi villages that kept retreating are now standing their ground, leading to several skirmishes."

She glanced at him. "If we continue at this pace, we'll trigger the Third Great Ninja War."

Tsunade's report was concise and direct. Uniting the Fire Country had been a long and arduous process, but even after stabilizing it, their rapid annexation of surrounding nations had sent shockwaves through the world.

Uchiha Shin barely acknowledged the potential war.

"The expansion must continue," he stated firmly. "But we can adjust the pace. Strengthening our infrastructure comes first. I want a unified country, not just conquered land."

Tsunade had expected this response. Shin was a man of absolute conviction. If war came, he would welcome it.

She exhaled and leaned against him. "Fine. Just don't expect it to be easy. The other villages are on high alert."

"I don't mind," Shin replied indifferently. "War is just a step toward peace."

Tsunade, though a healer by nature, understood his point. Under Shin's rule, the Fire Country was flourishing. Famine was gone, infrastructure was booming, and people were finally living stable lives. His rule was harsh, but effective.

If war was necessary to bring order to the world, she would stand by him.

After a moment of silence, she changed the subject.

"Jiraiya and Orochimaru."

Shin raised a brow.

"We let them go before," Tsunade continued. "Jiraiya left the Fire Country for the Land of Rain. As for Orochimaru… he's been assigned as the head of our research division, as per your orders."

She paused, frowning slightly. "I never thought you'd trust Orochimaru with such authority."

Shin smirked. "I don't trust him. But I trust his intelligence."

Tsunade sighed. "Well, you weren't wrong. Orochimaru has been invaluable. Under his leadership, our research teams have achieved breakthroughs in various fields. Most notably, we now have functioning communication satellites."

Shin's brows lifted slightly in approval. "Not bad."

Tsunade continued, "So far, only one has been launched, but it ensures that the Fire Country's communication network remains intact even if ground infrastructure is compromised."

Shin chuckled. "A shinobi nation with satellite technology. The world isn't ready for us."

Tsunade sighed, rubbing her temples. "They better get ready. Because our expansion isn't stopping."

She turned to him, a serious glint in her eyes. "The Wind Country has just appointed a new Kazekage. Sunagakure is at its weakest right now."

She hesitated before adding, "We should—"

Before she could finish, Shin abruptly grabbed her waist, pulling her close.

"Enough politics," he whispered in her ear. "We'll deal with that later."

Tsunade flinched but didn't resist. "Stop it."

Her words lacked conviction, and she made no effort to escape his grip.

Snap.

The crisp sound of his palm meeting her backside echoed through the room.

Tsunade let out a sharp breath, her face turning red. "Damn you," she muttered under her breath.

Shin merely smirked. "Now, what was that about Sunagakure?"

Tsunade glared at him but eventually sighed in surrender. "Fine. The Wind Country is vulnerable. If we're going to strike, now's the time."

Shin's smirk widened. "Good. Then let's start planning."

Tsunade shook her head, muttering, "You're impossible."

But despite her complaints, she didn't move away from him.

And Uchiha Shin knew that, no matter how much she protested, Tsunade was already fully committed to his vision.
