Chapter 21 - Chapter 17: Brazil (part 5)

*In Jefferson's mental space* He sees a giant white unknown creature in his mind. He always saw it while he was asleep but he had no clue what it symbolized. That is until it's eyes opened up for the first time ever since Jefferson has come into contact with it. It's eyes are a deep dark red and they are staring right in to the depths of Jefferson's soul. "You seem to be in trouble" The creature says to Jefferson with an unknown facial expression. "What even are you, you don't look like a japajing" Jefferson says this with a confused expression on his face. "Does that really matter when you are about to die" The japajing says to Jefferson. Jefferson was going to say something but he couldn't disagree with anything that was said. He knows that he is about to die but he doesn't want to die. Not to his little brother who has been experimented on. "Accept me Jefferson" The japajing wants Jefferson to accept it as part of his soul. Jefferson remains silent as he ponders the offer. He doesn't trust it but he knows that if he dies it would also die. So with this factor alone it would make his decision easier. That would be the case if he was a normal person. "No, I don't think so" Jefferson responds to the japajing. The japajing's face contorts into something that resembles a face full of surprise. "Why might that be, without me you would die" The japajing is repeating this fact to Jefferson. Jefferson remains silent again, he is not going to change his answer and he is no longer going to entertain this conversation. The japajing also remains silent for a while, it can't wrap it's head around Jefferson's thinking process. Who would want to willingly die when there is an option to stay alive. Doesn't he want to go back and see his wife?

Jefferson starts to feel a slash hit him. He then feels a next one. This feeling repeats over a thousand times in a second. Each slash is making him remember something he wish he could have forgotten. He is remembering his father and the "training" he used to put him and his siblings through. He forced them to go through every experience that could lead to trauma. Being left in a pitch black room for days straight, being put in an all white room for days straight, getting throw off a structure that is over one hundred feet tall with nothing to guarantee the survival of his own children. Jefferson would never forgive his father but he can acknowledge the result of his efforts. The one killing him right now has also experienced this "training" after all. The reason he left to begin with isn't because he had an argument with Gerado, it is because he wanted to escape the his father. The only reason he even agreed to show up was because he found out that his father passed away a year earlier. He doesn't want to die, not when he is reliving all of these tortuous memories right now. "Will you accept me now, Jefferson?' The white japajing approaches Jefferson again. "Will you make these memories go away" Jefferson asks the japajing. The japajing nods it's head. "Even though your strength wouldn't be as great if you lose them, so i will just absorb them instead" The japajing says this to Jefferson to ease him into accepting it. Jefferson finally relaxes, he knows his wife won't like it but wouldn't it be better then him ending up dead in such a pitiful way. Jefferson accepts the white Japajing. Once this happens, the Japajing slowly transforms into a more humanoid appearance, it has fair white skin, a white suit, white shoes and a necktie. It's eyes are still dark red in color but they look more human like. It also has a normal amount of teeth in it's mouth. It bows, knowing that the contract has been completed. Jefferson starts to feel a searing pain flow throughout his entire body. His hair turns white, his pupils turn gold in color and his iris becomes dark red in color ,he also grows slightly in height. His muscle and bone formation is also being rearranged to be more suitable for his new form.

*In the real world* Jefferson grabs Carrance's blade mid slash. Carrance is in shock before he feels something hit his gut. he is sent flying into a tree, his sword leaving his hand. Jefferson breaks it and drops the remains on the floor. An air of serenity is around Jefferson while his eyes are closed, but as soon as he opens them an unending bloodlust takes it's place. He may love his brother, but he needs to be taught a lesson.
