Lilac
"Y- you're here right now??" I cried out as shock shoot through me like an arrow flying in the air.
Jake slowly dropped his hand and regarded me like I wasn't making any sense.
"Er … yeah, I am?" His response sounded more like a question and I closed the door, feeling creeped out as I approached him, stopping a few feet away.
"Did you hurry over here after speaking to me outside?" I asked and this time, Jake frowned as he sat up.
"What do you mean?"
I gestured at the door as I spoke, my eyes still blown wild. "You were just outside, speaking to me. Then you left, while I said I was returning to our room cause I was tired…." I continued and he slowly shook his head, his eyes widened too.
"Lilac… I've been in here since about four hours and I never left." He revealed and it felt like the air got knocked out from my lungs.
