"Do you like Daddy?"
Leo asked as he bounced her up and down.
Kayla nodded and said seriously, "I like Daddy a lot."
Leo smiled. Even his footsteps took on a cheerful look, "Come on, let's have breakfast."
His daughter loved him. It made him feel like it was worth it to hide the appalling aura he had and play the easy-going dad.
His two babies just needed to know that their dad was affectionate and loved them very much in front of them. They didn't need to know about his cruel side.
When they got to the restaurant, Kayla saw that there were all the delicious dishes on the table. She stomped her feet and couldn't resist the excitement, "Daddy, put me down, put me down."
She saw that there were her favorite crab buns on the dining table.
Leo didn't know whether he should cry or laugh. He put her down and watched her fly like a little bird to that table of delicious food.
Compared with the food, he, the daddy, took a step back in line immediately.
