The city Sylvia had built was slowly growing, and though its inhabitants were mostly zombies with a handful of humans, the tranquil atmosphere felt... almost like life before the world collapsed.
That morning, a cool breeze blew from the north, gently sweeping across the training yard surrounded by high walls and rows of gray trees. Morning sunlight pierced through the thin clouds, casting long shadows that danced on the stone floor.
At the edge of the training ground, Sylvia sat on a stone bench with her arms crossed, watching the only person who could make her stay still for so long: Sofia.
