Victor raised his brows in surprise as Stella stepped into his room. "Hey, Stella," he said, his tone casual but laced with confusion. "To what do I owe this unexpected visit?"
Stella's expression still held traces of irritation from the earlier drama with Grace, she tried hiding it but her emotions got the better of her. She folded her arms gently, trying to stay polite. "Where is your fiancée?" she asked.
Victor let out a short laugh. "She's gone. And come on, don't tell me you actually believed all that 'fiancée' nonsense she was spewing." He gave her a knowing look. "You've known me long enough. You saw Elena's reaction too. Do I look like someone ready to get tied down by some marriage agenda? Not yet."
Stella didn't smile. "Well, next time you want to use the 'fiancée' story just to sleep with a woman, don't bring her to your house to carry out your dark fantasies."
Victor nodded, lowering his head playfully like a scolded child. "Yes ma. Noted," he said with a small grin.
