Steve's eyes were locked on her—hungry, and unblinking.
And she— with her eyes wide, lips parted slightly, breath trembling through her chest as she stared right back at him, her gaze molten with desire.
She didn't speak at first. She just stepped closer, slow and deliberate.
Her cheeks were still tinged with a delicate blush, but her hands didn't hesitate. They rose—trembling, certain—and pressed against his chest, feeling the tension coiled just beneath his skin.
She glanced down for only a moment—eyes flicking to his waist, a single shiver rolling through her body—before lifting her gaze again to meet his. Then she took in a slow, full breath, her chest rising, falling.
"Don't …" Her voice was soft.
"Don't tell me you're already done."
The words caught him off-guard, sobering and cutting through the haze.
His smile faltered. For a heartbeat, he only looked at her, eyes dark and unreadable.
And then, slowly, it returned—that lazy, dangerous smile.
