Chapter 10 - Chapter 10: Beyond The Limits.

The Battle of Chaos and Rage

The air trembled as Yoton's scream tore through the battlefield. "YOU BASTARD!" His voice was like thunder, shaking the ground beneath him. His body moved faster than thought, his fists cutting through the air like knives. With a furious roar, he charged at the Chaos God, their collision sending shockwaves that ripped apart the land around them.

The two titans clashed—blow after blow, kick after kick, spell after spell—each strike so powerful it threatened to destroy the very universe. The ground cracked beneath their feet, the sky split open, and the air itself burned from their energy.

Yoton's breath was heavy, his body pushed beyond its limits. Blood dripped from his wounds, but his eyes burned with fury. "I don't care anymore about what happens to this verse…" he snarled, his voice raw with rage. "I will make sure not even your soul remains."

The Chaos God only grinned, its body flickering between dimensions like a shadow. "Show me, then."

And so, they fought—a battle beyond time, beyond reason, beyond the laws of existence itself.

 A Desperate Rescue

Far away, near the Warhead—the last hope for escape—Zerich snapped out of his shock. His heart pounded as he watched the distant battle. "Shit… Yoton may as well have lost his mind," he muttered. "I need to get Nealon out of here before she dies!"

Beside him, Carel struggled to hold up a shimmering barrier, his hands trembling from the effort. "Go get her, Sir Zerich!" he shouted. "I'll use my spells to shield the Warhead!"

Zerich didn't hesitate. He sprinted across the ruined battlefield, dodging falling debris and cracks in the earth. His boots kicked up dust as he ran, his lungs burning. Finally, he reached Nealon's fallen body.

She lay motionless, her breathing weak. Blood trickled from her lips as she coughed violently. "Come on, let's go!" Zerich urged, grabbing her arm.

But Nealon couldn't stand. Her wounds refused to heal, her skin pale and cold. Zerich's eyes widened in horror. "Shit! What kind of weapon did that monster use on you?! Your wounds… they're not closing!"

Carel's voice echoed from the distance, strained with effort. "Hurry, Sir Zerich! My spells can't hold much longer—their battle is tearing reality apart!"

Zerich gritted his teeth. "I'm coming, damn it!"

 The Final Blow

Back on the battlefield, Yoton and the Chaos God continued their apocalyptic duel.

"TAKE THIS—MAX DOME!" Yoton roared, unleashing a devastating blast of energy that swallowed the Chaos God whole. The explosion was so powerful that the ground vanished beneath them, leaving only a crater of pure destruction.

But the Chaos God only laughed, its body reforming from the shadows. "This little attack can't do anything to me," it sneered. "Since the start of this fight, I've been draining your power."

It gestured around them, where cracks in reality spread like spiderwebs. "Look around you, Ruler. This verse is almost gone because you released so much energy that it exceeded its capacity. It's damaged beyond quick recovery. In my honest opinion… it may take a billion years for it to fully heal."

Yoton's body was breaking. His vision blurred, his muscles screamed in pain. But he refused to fall. "I'm ending this fight now…" he panted. "If I drag this on any longer… Nealon will surely die."

The Chaos God grinned, its eyes glowing with excitement. "Good. Let's end this battle. I think I have plans later on, so… let's wrap this up."

 The Warhead Trembles

The Warhead, the last safe place in the collapsing verse, shook violently. The shields flickered as Carel fought to keep them stable. His fists clenched, his jaw tight with determination.

"If they are going all out… then I will as well," he declared, his voice steady but filled with power. "To protect this verse, I must match their fury—or they will reduce it to nothing."

The crew around him exchanged nervous glances. They had fought in wars across dimensions, but this… this was the end of everything.

 A Clash of Cosmic Titans

"Let me show you the power of a Ruler," Yoton roared, his voice echoing across the universe. "I am the sword! I am existence itself! Across countless worlds, I am called, I am worshipped—I am Yotor, the Ultimate Being!"

The Chaos God grinned, its body shifting between darkness and fire. "Words mean nothing. Show me your strength."

And with that, the two titans collided once more.

 The Rulers Watch

Far away, in the halls of Krelious' domain, the ancient ruler sensed the battle's shift. His eyes widened.

"Yoton… he's been pushed to unleash his full power," Krelious murmured, a rare flicker of surprise crossing his face.

Elsewhere, in the War Rulers' sanctum, Nielan chuckled, swirling a goblet of liquid starlight. "You never cease to amaze me, Amiss," he mused, watching the distant carnage unfold.

And in the Creation Rulers' throne room, Zion shot to his feet, his calm demeanor shattered. "What in the verses is happening out there?!"

 The Final Exchange

Back on the battlefield, Yoton and the Chaos God had reached their limit. Their battle had shattered planets, unraveled realities, yet the universe somehow still held together—protected by an unseen force.

Yoton wiped blood from his lips, his body battered but unbroken. "I see now… you are no mere demon. You stand equal to a Ruler."

 The Chaos God smirked. "Surprised?"

"No," Yoton admitted, a wild grin spreading across his face. "But I am glad. This fight… it's finally getting fun."

With a final roar, they launched at each other—blow for blow, sword for sword, spell for spell. Their battle was beyond speed, beyond time, beyond anything the universe had ever seen.

And as they fought, the fate of all existence hung in the balance.

 To Be Continued.
