From the looks of it, Izzy didn't seem worried about this. It seemed like she trusted this person enough so the rest of them trusted him as well.

"Bite on this." With the mage lying on the ground, his hands and legs tied to the ground with the same golden strings that were tying the murderers, KiRA placed a leather belt in his mouth.
