The selection process was not too complicated.
The agency had selected a number of appropriate individuals that fell into the criteria that was presented to the agency and all the people that were connected by the agency were gathered in one spot, in a rented office in the middle of the city.
It wasn't a limited interview though.
Even though the individuals selected by the agency had prior access to the final interview, they had also advertised themselves as well as how they were different, and many more people had come for the walk-in interviews.
There was a long line of interested people currently gathered on this office floor with their unique resumes.
The positions that they were recruiting for weren't limited to just Player positions. In this day and age where the normal public faced various challenges, their guild was also recruiting normal administrative members.
