Xiandre sees the capital in the distance, with thick, strong walls surrounding it and a massive gate right in front.
Xiandre is in full armor, while the girls are in full clothing. The gates are wide open as carriages and wagons burst out from inside.
"It seems like the news of the destruction of the city I ruled has already reached here," Millie said.
"They're probably people who have families back there. They're in grief right now," Fillia replied with a cold expression.
The guards at the gates noticed their carriage was moving without any horses or animals pulling it. They stepped in front of it, and Fillia snapped her fingers to make it stop.
One of the guards stood behind the exit door as Xiandre opened it.
Seeing Xiandre, the guard felt a shiver run down his spine.
Xiandre's armor swallowed the light, making him intimidating. His mere presence made the guard tremble.
"What seems to be the matter here?" Xiandre asked calmly.
"May I ask where you're coming from?" the guard asked.
Velmora joined in.
"We came from the city Princess Millie ruled. Why? Is something wrong?" Velmora asked.
"You came from there? That city was destroyed five days ago," the guard exclaimed.
"What!? You're kidding, right!?" Velmora responded, shocked.
The guard sighed. "Sorry for your loss. You probably left before the destruction happened."
"Anyway, if you don't mind me asking—how are you moving your carriage without any animals pulling it?"
"It's wind magic. I control and manipulate the carriage with my will," Fillia said from inside, still hidden.
"Wait... have I heard that voice before?" the guard muttered under his breath.
"Alright, let them through," he ordered, and the guard blocking the path stepped aside.
The carriage began moving on its own again and entered.
"How are they doing that?" one guard asked his leader.
"I don't know... but honestly, it's none of our business," the guard who spoke with Velmora replied.
Back in the carriage, Xiandre sighed as he sat next to the window, looking outside, while Amelia slept beside him.
"Where do you guys want me to stop this carriage?" Fillia asked.
"Can you stop it right next to the Middle Tavern of Adventurers?" Velmora asked.
"Of course," Fillia responded.
"The snow... it's falling heavily," Xiandre muttered.
The people outside wore thick clothes.
"What are you exactly planning, Xiandre? Father might be inside the castle awaiting Mother's return—despite already knowing the tragic news of losing me," Millie inquired.
"We got here early, but just like last time—when night falls—I'm going in there. The main castle of the capital. I'm barging in, and I'm gonna kill those holy knights. Of course your father will be in the way... that's why he's part of the list too," Xiandre replied.
"Right," Millie responded.
"Anyways, Millie and I will be recognized the moment we step outside," Fillia added.
"Is that so?" Xiandre replied.
"Yes. This might cause us trouble—and even worse, our location might get exposed immediately," Fillia replied.
"Us? Wouldn't you two like that? The king will probably try to save his daughter from my grasp, right?" Xiandre asked seriously.
There was silence in the atmosphere before Fillia spoke up.
"I doubt that he will," she responded.
"Oh really? And why is that?" Xiandre asked.
"That's because that king has divine blood. He wouldn't like a daughter who isn't a virgin. He'll find disgrace within Millie. The moment you thrusted your dick inside her, she was already yours. And as for me... the heavens had already abandoned me. My chastity was stolen by you, Xiandre. When you raped us... you became our true master. And we just have to accept it," Fillia replied with a calm expression.
Xiandre chuckled, his breath steaming in the cold atmosphere.
"Is she telling the truth, Millie?" Xiandre asked.
"Yes... I don't really understand Father. He's a perfectionist. He doesn't even adore his daughters—only his sons. My brothers lived in Father and Mother's riches, while my sisters and I lived only in Mother's wealth..." She continued. "I was lucky enough to have a country to rule, but my sister Scarlett... she was sent to Hell by my father for always being sick. He already disliked having a daughter, but a daughter who was always ill? He'd had enough of her and sent her to Hell. Scarlett then rose to be the Black Hood, and now she holds vengeance against us Grimores."
"It seems like the Grimores are truly a bunch of living devils, huh?" Xiandre said.
"Princess Neru... she's inside the castle right now. She's probably getting bullied by Prince Kin. He always bullied and harassed her—he's disgusted to even have her as a sister. But Neru always fights back. She's good at fighting and never backs down. Though she has a childish behavior, she's still very mature when it comes to serious times," Millie replied.
"She lives a tough life. Does the Queen do anything about it?" Velmora asked.
"Yeah, but she's always away," Millie replied.
"To be a royal family... life still sucks," Xiandre muttered.
The snow continued to fall, covering the entire rooftop of the carriage as it came to a stop.
"Looks like we're here," Fillia said.
Amelia woke up from the sudden stop, drooling in her sleep. She wiped her mouth with her hand and turned to everyone, yawning.
"So, how are you two gonna get out?" Xiandre asked Millie and Fillia.
"If there's some kind of way... maybe if you guys have masks, we can cover our faces with them," Fillia suggested.
Xiandre turned to Velmora. "Do you happen to have any masks in your dimensional storage, Velmora?"
"I would've brought them up already if I had any. Looks like we'll have to buy masks for them after all," Velmora replied.
"A mask?" Amelia asked.
"Unfortunately, Millie and Fillia need to cover their faces—Millie is literally a princess, and Fillia is a goddess. That makes them stand out," Xiandre explained.
"I know. I was actually listening while I was asleep," Amelia replied back.
"Then why did you ask?" Xiandre asked.
"To make you answer, of course. Fufu~" Amelia responded as she summoned a massive bone.
Everyone turned to Amelia as she pulled out a dagger made of bone and, without hesitation, began carving through the bone.
"I could make a mask for them," Amelia yawned.
"Well, that makes things easier," Velmora said.
"Anyway, I'm gonna go get our room at the tavern," Velmora added.
She put on her black cloak. Underneath were thick jackets to protect her from the cold. She jumped out of the carriage as Xiandre turned to Amelia, Millie, and Fillia.
"I'm going with her. You girls leave when you're done with those masks, Amelia," Xiandre said.
Amelia nodded with a smile as Xiandre exited the carriage. Snow immediately hit his armor as he entered the tavern.
It was warm inside. Velmora was speaking to someone at the counter.
Xiandre immediately noticed the girl behind the counter—it was Faye. She turned and saw him.
"Eh? You guys survived the destruction?" Faye asked.
"No, we left before the entire city was destroyed," Velmora answered.
Velmora turned to Xiandre. "You remember her? Her name's Faye—from the city Millie ruled."
"Yes," Xiandre replied.
"Anyway, here's the key to your room," Faye said, handing it over.
Velmora took it as Amelia, Millie, and Fillia entered.
Xiandre turned to them.
Millie and Fillia wore masks, as did Amelia. Xiandre sighed.
"Why did you make one for yourself?" Xiandre asked.
"I don't know. It looks cool?" Amelia answered.
Velmora giggled as Amelia handed her a mask too.
"Oh?" Velmora said, smiling at it.
"You guys are weird," Xiandre muttered.
"But didn't you grab both Millie's butt che—" Velmora started, but before she could continue, Xiandre thrust his fingers into her throat.
"Shut up," Xiandre said, his tone calm.
Velmora coughed, looking at Xiandre with a sulking face.
Her saliva dripped from Xiandre's fingers as Faye watched with a smile and an awkward expression.
"Let's just head to our room," Xiandre said.
Velmora turned and headed upstairs, followed by Xiandre and the three other girls.
Some of the adventurers and customers turned their attention toward Xiandre's intimidating armor—others stared at Velmora's large hips and chest.
As they disappeared up the stairs to the rooms, the tavern returned to its usual chatter and eating.
Once inside the room, Velmora locked the door. Amelia immediately jumped onto the bed.
"Uwaaa~ my heaven is bed," Amelia exclaimed.
Xiandre sat at the edge of the bed. Fillia glanced outside the window, while Millie joined Amelia on the bed. Velmora explored the room.
"It's beautiful outside," Fillia muttered.
Amelia yawned as she rolled around on the bed and slowly drifted off to sleep.
"Eh!? But didn't you just sleep for 15 hours straight earlier at the carriage?!" Millie exclaimed.
"Uwaa... well, why not sleep a little more? I'm tired," she mumbled, taking off her mask before falling asleep.
"That's not normal..." Millie muttered.
"I'm heading out," Xiandre said as he stood up and walked toward the door.
"Where?" Velmora asked.
"Below," he answered, then exited the room.
Velmora turned to Fillia and approached her as she glanced out the window.
"Hey, Velmora," Fillia said.
"What is it?" Velmora replied.
"What do you do to make your boobs bigger?" Fillia asked.
"Eh!?" Velmora responded, caught off guard.
"Hm? Aren't they big? Like... massive," Fillia said as she turned to look at Velmora's chest.
"Eh, well... don't they just grow naturally?" Velmora answered.
"No way. I'm over 200 years old—how the heck are you bigger than me?" Fillia replied.
"I don't know... You don't even look like you're 200," Velmora said.
"That's because I'm a goddess. Goddesses don't age in appearance—we're immortal," Fillia explained.
"But didn't you get removed from your throne?" Velmora asked.
"Even if they did, I was born a goddess. So even if I'm not a goddess from Heaven anymore, I'm still a goddess," Fillia replied.
"I see... Well, my boobs, they just grew naturally. Honestly, it's kinda hard to move sometimes with these things," Velmora said.
She shook her chest, which jiggled, as Fillia sighed.
