Navi blinked. "Yes."
"A Dual Core Abnormality," Sei said, now fully standing, his voice gaining speed and confidence. "You're channeling two elemental energies at once. That's why when you try to focus on fire, water shows up and cancels it. Your body is trying to run two cores at the same time."
Navi stared, stunned. Fari slowly raised her head, ears twitching. "…Go on."
"If one of those cores could be sealed—even temporarily—you could stabilize and train just like everyone else. And I think Fari might be able to do it."
