Lyra Pov
The shopping mall was full with alot of people due to the season holidays. Everyone was cheering band laughing with their friends and family.
I had no one at my side.
I sighed and moved to the next counter.
"You must be Lyra."
I turned around to see a very familiar face.
"You are Jason's girlfriend. The model." I replied, recalling her face.
She smiled and nod her head. "Indeed. It has been a very long time since we last met." She said and looked around.
"I forgot to introduce myself. The name is Kayla." She extended her arm for a handshake and I held it firmly.
"Uhm, about that time..." She said, touching the back of her neck and looking down.
"If you are talking about Jason and yourself in bed then you have nothing to worry about." I replied assure her with a convinced smile.
"Thank goodness." She said clutching her chest and sighing in relief. "Jason and I have a very complicated relationship. It is almost like he only cares for himself and not me."
