"A blade made of wind? It has no cooldown..... So basically I can spam this ability ten times, maybe more with the replenishment going on. But that will leave me no MP for Void Step or Slowdown. Seems decent enough though."
I decide to use it, so I slash my sword in a horizontal motion, which sends compressed wind in the shape of the slash. It travels straight, but starts losing momentum as it goes further, until it hit the wall. The blade of wind left a small cut on the wall where it hit.
" So it also loses momentum.... maybe it will also grow stronger as I condense the core."
Done with the Wind Skill Token, I decide to use the other tokens too. Starting with Goblin's Horde Token.
As I use it, different scenes of a Goblin settlement go through my mind, some seem rudimentary while a few are as developed as Arcadia itself.... and one... was so developed that I couldn't even think of it as a Goblin settlement.... There were goblins travelling in the air through some flying objects, there were buildings made of gold, and the goblins seemed far stronger than even the goblin leader we fought. Soon the images fade and the interface screen pops up.
Skill: Horde of the Wind(Iron, Wind)
Description: 1) You can call forth a horde of Nanoraptor Goblins to fight on your behalf. 2) Use any materials found through hunting to craft armor and weapons.
Condition 1): The horde will only follow instructions and does not take actions by itself.
Condition 2): You will need to spend coins along with the materials.
Cost1): 4MP per goblin
Cost2): A ritual circle with materials on the edges and coins inside. (Coins required may be checked my activating the skill while the circle has no coins in it).
"Wait what??? A double skill? That's possible? Huh... A ritual circle.... that's a new thing, and what are Nanoraptor Goblins?. Welp, seems like even more questions for the party! I wonder if I am slowly turning into a mage.... with all these skills....Wait.... The skill did not define the materials at all. Does this mean I can quite literally use anything to make whatever I want? That seems.... more overpowered than the summon part, huh?"
After the Goblin Horde Token, I use two more of the Resonators.
Skill: Arcaniac (Iron, Dark)
Description: Every hit landed on the opponent, charges the 'attack medium'. When there is a max charge on the 'attack medium', the user can release the charge at once, in the form of compressed darkness.
Effect: Each charge increases attack damage done through the 'attack medium'. Compressed Darkness bypasses all forms of protection and hits the target for 90% health.
Cost: None.
Cooldown: (For Compressed Darkness) 60 minutes.
"So much for me turning into a mage. This skill gets stronger the more I use it... Compressed darkness.... I wonder if it's related to the void world too."
Skill: Clockwork (Iron, Time)
Description: Depending on the time of day, unleash a specific spell.
Effect: For Morning- Fireball (50% enemy health, radius 5m), For Noon-Waterwheel(40% enemy health, radius 3m), For Evening- Razorvines (30% enemy health, radius 10m), For Night- Lunar Blast(90% enemy health, radius 12m)
Cost: 10MP
Cooldown: Once Per Quarter of day
"Wait.... Why is Lunar Blast so strong? Is this the effect of Dark Resonator on Time Resonator? I guess they have started to condense together.... This skill seems to be another Multi-Usage skill...."
"Now that I have 2 Skills for each Resonator.... I guess I am done for the day. I can't use any of these skills indoors after all."
I decide to sleep and get rest.
