Evelyn leveled his intimidating stare.
"It's a withdrawal letter, Ms. Darkwood," Preston said. "Everyone within this room has decided to exit and sell their shares of TDG."
"What?" she snapped.
He chuckled. "You own seventy percent of TDG as you said. Your words held more power and our dissatisfaction meant nothing. You made that clear. Well, you see, none of us within this room are happy with your decision to write a will, more so to pen down Zayne Mancini as your successor."
"Meaning what?" Evelyn asked, attentive.
"Meaning, it's either you take back such an impulsive decision or lose your shareholders. Every single one of us." He steepled his fingers. "You can't make any more excuses now. I'm sure you and I are both aware your life is no longer in any sort of danger."
