The bearded man, Jimmy, stepped forward with determination. Taking a solid boxing stance, he threw a powerful punch at the massive target. The machine shuddered slightly, and a number instantly flashed on the screen: 915 kg.

"Passed. Next—Lily," the Chief Instructor called out, giving Jimmy a brief nod of acknowledgment.

Upon hearing her name, Lily stepped forward.

"All the best, Sister Lily," Rudra whispered to himself in silent encouragement.

"Hey, Mad Wolf, isn't she your sister?" someone from the group asked.

Lily's brother, known as Mad Wolf, turned to the speaker and nodded.

"Yeah. She's even more talented than I am. That's why I came with her today," he replied confidently.

"So, you're here to get her better resources from the Chief?" another person teased.

"Of course! I, John Will, will fight for my sister to make sure she gets the best," he said, patting his chest with pride.

While the group was still murmuring among themselves, Lily had already stepped up to the strength testing machine. She took a solid stance and launched her fist forward with precision. The target jolted slightly from the impact.

A moment later, the screen lit up with the number: 1009 kg.

"Whoa! She's got some serious power," someone exclaimed in surprise.

"I told you—my sister's a genius," John said proudly, his voice brimming with admiration.

"Passed. Next—Rudra Singh," the Chief Instructor announced, nodding at Lily before calling out the next name.

Hearing his name, Rudra let out a slow breath and stepped forward.

"All the best, Rudra," came a soft whisper in his ear.

He turned his head slightly and saw Lily smiling at him. He returned it with a small smile of his own.

As Rudra stepped in front of the strength testing machine, murmurs rippled through the crowd.

Everyone was stunned by his youthful appearance. At under 18, he was the youngest among them—and the first from his age group to take the test.

Despite the attention, Rudra's eyes remained locked on the target. Calm and composed, he took a steady stance and launched his fist forward.

Boom!

The target trembled sharply from the impact.

A series of numbers flashed across the screen of the strength tester:

Strength: 1208 kg

"Good job!" Hameed shouted, unable to contain his excitement.

"How is that even possible? He's only seventeen," someone murmured from the crowd.

"There must be something wrong with the machine. We should check it," another voice added, doubtful.

"What? Are you all idiots—or just jealous of a kid?" Hameed snapped, glaring at the group.

"Silence!"

Peter's sharp voice cut through the rising chatter like a blade.

Instantly, the room fell quiet.

Though no one spoke, disbelief hung heavy in the air. Rudra's result had shaken them. To display such raw power at his age—it was unheard of.

Peter Jons, the Chief Instructor, stared at Rudra thoughtfully. In his mind, a memory surfaced—a person of similar age and equally astonishing talent. That genius had risen to global fame.

Could it be... our country has produced one? Peter's gaze deepened. Maybe... just maybe, this boy is destined for the same greatness.

"Not bad. Young man, you passed," the Chief Instructor said with a slight nod toward Rudra before turning back to the group. "Next—"

One by one, the remaining participants stepped up, and both women in the group successfully passed the strength test.

Click!

The sound of a switch echoed as Chief Instructor Peter Jons approached the speed testing machine and turned it on.

"We'll begin the speed test now. I'll call you one by one. First—Jimmy," he announced.

Jimmy stepped forward, taking a deep breath to compose himself.

Then, with a sudden burst of motion, he dashed ahead at full speed. Unlike the strength test—where he had struggled—his speed was clearly within passing range.

"Okay, you passed," the Chief Instructor said in his usual indifferent tone.

Jimmy, breathing heavily, hurried over to check the display screen.

'26 m/s'

"Next, Lily," Peter called out.

"All the best, Sister Lily," Rudra said with a supportive smile.

Lily gave him a slight nod before stepping forward toward the speed testing track.

With a sharp burst of motion, she shot forward—her figure becoming a blur as she accelerated down the lane.

"Whoa! Her speed easily passed the mark," someone from the crowd exclaimed.

"Very good. Your speed is well above the passing line," the Chief Instructor remarked, clearly impressed.

Lily walked over to the display screen and glanced at the result:

'27.9 m/s'

"Rudra Singh, you're next," the Chief Instructor announced.

Rudra stepped forward calmly, his expression focused. Lily gave him a small nod of encouragement as he passed her.

Taking his position, Rudra inhaled slowly—then launched forward like a drawn arrow released from a bow.

His figure vanished in a blink, leaving behind a gust of air.

"Is he flying or running?" someone gasped.

Even Peter Jons raised his eyebrows slightly, a rare expression of surprise on his usually stoic face.

A beep echoed from the machine as Rudra completed the test. The result flashed on the screen:

'30.2 m/s'

"…Incredible," someone whispered.

"Excellent," the Chief Instructor said, his voice firmer than before. "You passed with exceptional speed."

Rudra walked over to check the number for himself, his face calm as ever.

After a short pause, Peter called the next participant. One of the remaining women stepped up. She tried her best, but her form lacked explosiveness. Her result: '21.6 m/s'

"…Didn't pass," Peter said plainly.

The final woman followed. Though determined, her speed fell short as well. '22.3 m/s' flashed on the screen.

"Failed," Peter declared without emotion.

A wave of quiet disappointment spread among the group, while a few casts quick glances at Rudra—some with awe, others with envy.
