Glenn walked slowly towards the unconscious White Queen. He fished out another cigarette from his inner pocket and light it up.
Glancing down the unkempt beauty, he couldn't help but hesitate if he should finish her off and be done with the mission, or spare her life and use her for himself. Out of the four of them, she's the only one who hasn't lost herself from power and still have some conscience.
He sighed with options presented in front of him and finally made a decision. He crouched down staring at her before poking his index finger at her cheeks. This causes the White Queen to flicker her eyes and wake up. When she woke up, she dazed at first and flinched when she saw Glenn staring at her with a smirk on his face.
"Say, White Queen, do you want live?" Glenn asked with a hint of authority in his voice.
"What do you want? What happened to them?"
"Oh you mean your companions? Except you, all of them are dead. You can check their bodies, yourself."
"What do you want from me?"
"Sighed, I hate repeating myself but I'll tolerate it just this once. Do you want to live?"
"Of course, who wouldn't?"
Glenn grinned evil and said, "Can you afford the price?"
Emma could only smile wryly.
"Do I have a choice?"
"No, you don't. The only thing that borders you from those dead bodies is your usefulness and lack of ambition or illusion to dominate the world. Since, I'm going to spare you, from this day onward, your life is mine. You are not allowed to die without my permission. When I say, your life, that means everything that belongs to you will be mine. Do you want take this deal?" Glenn asked with amusement in his tone. He curious what her choice will be with the unfair deal presented in front of her.
He watched her expression changed many times before she gritted her teeth and relented.
'As long as I'm alive, there's always hope. Perhaps, working for someone as powerful as him wouldn't be so bad.'
"I accept."
"Wise choice! Now that you are part of my people—" Glenn suddenly changed his stone from indifference to friendly.
"—I won't let you suffer. Don't worry, working for me wouldn't be so bad. I won't treat you like a slave. Instead, I'll treat you with respect you deserve."
Emma was startled with the sudden change of attitude. She could see the sincereness in his eyes. His attitude from earlier was far apart from the attitude he was showing now.
Seeing her expression, Glenn couldn't help but chuckle and said, "You must be surprised by my sudden change of attitude. Well, that's just me. Ruthless to my enemies, and usually easygoing to my allies."
"Ah where are my manners, my name is Glenn. You can call me by that name, or boss, or whatever."
"Emma... Emma Frost."
"It was interesting to meet you in this way but nonetheless, it was nice under any circumstances. Anyway, Emma, as I was saying, I won't mistreat you since you're mine from now on."
Emma blushed when she heard him say that. There's was some kind of charm when he claimed she belongs to him that boldly.
"Someone's blushing! Hahaha." Glenn teased while Emma glared at him.
"Cough! Back to the topic. My plan for you is actually simple. Just do whatever it is you are doing besides getting deeply involved with the Hellfire Club. You will still manage 'Our' company, shelter some mutants if you want to. I wouldn't restrict you at all. It's just that, when I needed some funds, you just need to provide it which will rarely occur considering I earn millions from working as a mercenary. And don't harm the innocent, okay? I'm not a good guy but I don't touch those who deserve to live peacefully. Do you get everything I said?"
"Yes, boss. I understand. I just hope you'll keep your word." Emma pursed her lips worriedly.
However, Glenn just shrugged and said, "Not my problem if you don't trust me. Come on, I still need to clean this place up."
Glenn was about to proceed when he heard a notification bell from the system. He frowned and checked it with his mental command before a smile appeared on his face.

After checking the reward, he ignored it for a moment and then went back to the task at hand. He grabbed the corpses on the ground before storing it inside his internal inventory. He also picked up the collars scattered on the floor and made sure he didn't left any.
Just as he finished doing so, he heard footsteps coming from the stairs coming up and found that it was Domino with a little girl in tow.
"Hey, I've already dealt the their secu—what the?" Domino was dumbfounded with the mess and destruction inside the room. She couldn't help but swallowed hard and couldn't imagine a fight that can cause this.
"Good timing, Domino. Since you already have the little girl, it's time for us to leave. By the way, Emma here will take care of the rest."
Domino cast a curious glance towards Emma but she reigned in her curiosity and knew some questions shouldn't be asked. It was one of the things she learned as a professional in the industry.
"Sure, I'll wait for you outside. We should make it quick or the police might caught up." Domino said as she carry the little girl in her arms before going down the stairs.
As Glenn watched her disappear from the stairs, he turned to Emma and asked, "Can you take care of the aftermath?"
Emma nodded and said, "When the police arrives, I'll just say it's a gas leak that causes the explosion."
Glenn nodded approvingly.
"Take care of yourself, okay? I need to hand in the completed mission to my client. I'll visit the company when I have time." Glenn said as he removed her collar.
Emma tried to read his mind and was stunned to know that it's empty. Then she noticed Glenn looking at her mischievously.
'Shit! I got caught.'
"You can try more if you're not convinced but it won't work on me. You see, I have a complete control on my whole body including my mind."
"I'm sorry, It was just out of habit. I won't do it again, I promise." Emma pleaded.
"You are lucky, cause I am more tolerant towards my people so don't worry. But I hope you change your habit right away because I don't like it when people wanted to influence me or go inside my head. Just like a certain bald man I know."
"I promise it won't happen again."
"That's good. I appreciate it."
"Uhm..boss? Please call me if you wanted a visit so I can arrange everything. I don't want any of the employees to drop dead just in case they do something stupid."
"Okay, I'll do that. I'll be going then. Remember, you belong to me now." Glenn grinned shamelessly before disappearing in front of her.

Glenn and Domino manage to get back just fine at the mansion carrying an unconscious little girl.
Glenn rang the door bell and shouted at the microphone, "Delivery! One live little brat coming right up, fresh from the oven!"
Domino stiffled a laugh when she heard it.
After just a few seconds of waiting, the butler same outside and was surprised to see them so soon.
"What? Can't believe I'm that efficient?" Glenn asked.
The butler gulped and replied.
"No sir, I was just surprised. Allow me to take the young miss—"
"Uh uh uh, no can do, butler. I must hand her over to your boss personally. Consider it a professional habit." Glenn said while standing between the butler and Domino who was carrying the little girl.
"Okay, sir. If you would please follow inside."
Without further hesitation, Glenn and Domino followed him inside where he found Mr. Eckerman having a meal with his wife in the dining hall.
"Oh, my god! Is that my daughter?"
The couple was stunned to see Glenn and Domino carrying their child. They were not expecting them to complete the mission that quick.
"Yep, unconscious but alive and breathing. And now I'm personally handing over her to you, Mr. Eckerman. Mission complete, yes?"
"Yes, absolutely! But how? You just left this morning."
"Oh, we're just lucky! To be precise, Domino is lucky, hahahaha! You see the information they gave you about your daughter in London was decoy. They made you believe that so they can control you. No one will expect that your daughter is in New York all along."
"I knew it! I have this feeling of uneasiness about it. They are cunning! But how in the world did you find her?"
"I have my ways. " Glenn winked mischievously.
"Thank you! I never knew you were that efficient! Thank god they recommended you to me. I'll give another bonus for your reward and if you need anything, just let me know."
"I will take that offer, Mr. Eckerman. Remember, this came out straight from your mouth."
"Don't, worry. I always keep my word."
"That's good. You know where to deposit my money, right. See you around."
Mr. Eckerman didn't neglect Domino and promised to deposit her reward within the day.
While at the gate of the mansion, Domino looked at Glenn with admiration and said.
"Glenn, thanks for partering with me. It's been a hell of experience while it is the most easiest job I've ever encounter."
"I know you adore me, Neena but come on. Don't sell yourself short. Without you, it wouldn't be that easy. Your luck played a big role in our mission. If not, we would be still in London trying to find them."
"I hope I can work with you on a mission someday once again."
"Here, take my card and give me a call. Who knows? Maybe I'll invite you when I form an official team."
"Really?! I will wait for your invitation then. About your offer earlier for a dri—"

Glenn left and went to a secluded corner.
"What a strange ring tone." Domino muttered before shrugging.

"Glenn!"
"Oh! Yana! So you finally learned how to use your transponder huh."
"Too easy! By the way, guess what happened while you were gone?"
"What? You ate all my meat?"
"No! Uhmm can I?"
"Nope!"
"Anyway, I was saying. A group of mutants came and wanted to recruit me. It's funny really. They acted like a kidnap for ransome group."
After hearing that, Glenn's expression turned icy.
"Describe them to me."
"One wore a visor but incredibly stupid, another was a smoker and a girl with Auburn hair who speak without using her lips."
"I see, were you hurt?"
"Nope, they can't catch me."
"Alright, I'll take care of it."
After the call, Glenn took a deep breath trying to control his rage.
"Looks like someone's poking to places they shouldn't have. Since I'm in New York, I'll pay them a visit and have them taste their own medicine. I can't believe they have the audacity to trespass my place. " Glenn frowned as he muttered.
When Glenn returned to Domino's side, he explained that something urgent came up so he wouldn't be able to take her out for a drink. Domino understood and said she'll keep in touch before leaving.
"Now, let's see how I'll teach those guys a lesson they will never forget." Glenn revealed a dangerous glint in his eyes.
