Martial arts unlike the power of names and significance followed logic, a certain set of movements along with a certain pattern of qi generation and manipulation would allow anyone to achieve the exact same results. For example the movement ability Hak used required her to send qi to the bottom of her sandals while also using a small amount to push her forward externally. This is completely impossible for me, I cant control the radiation my core emits all I can do is use it as a power source and have it pump out more energy or less energy.
Now Red walkway on the other hand? the requirements for that are just pushing qi into the tip your weapon and taking a specific stance, The hardest parts of the ability seem to be the physical strain you place on yourself and the immense qi cost. The latter 3 problems were of no difficulty to me at all I effectively have limitless qi and my body is more then durable to take the strain. The only actual thing that would bare me from being able to use this ability was the fact that I couldn't channel qi into my weapon, but that wasn't needed anymore for better or worse my spear has been fully loaded ever since it was given a name I satisfy all conditions to use this power.

Shine awakens to see his spear rammed through Haks stomach, both of her eyes had been slashed out leaving her blind and her stomach acid was boiled away from the heat the spears tip emitted, Amazingly her heart still beats and her lungs are still taking in air but she's clearly not long for this world without intervention.

My heat shielding has long since been re activated, I did it the instant I stopped to speak, for his credit he didn't spend are time talking ideal either during his bow I hear the shuffling of pills in his pocket and see the micro movements he makes to keep his arm as close to it as possible. neither of us planned to end this by talking both of us wanted the element of surprise.

I could have burned his stomach acid to make digestion impossible, I could have roasted his brain with my poloium thrower to turn his body to radioactive ash, I could have ripped the pill from his windpipe. But a part of me was curious to see what miracle drug he'd staked his life on and another part of me was eager to continue. Every bone in my body melts and is regrown stronger in an instant, my muscles contract and are layered over only for those new layers and strings to contract again and again and again, this is agony this is torture. I can feel myself getting dumber and my control of my qi slipping no power is free and the cost of this one is intelligence and focus the things I value most. When its finally done I stand taller, stronger, better.I suppose this isn't so bad once the pain subsides.
If hak survives this ill personally punish her for forcing me to take a step as drastic as this, After I personally beat this monster and his 'sleeping' apprentice to death with my bear hands of course.

Shine drops his spear and gets into some weird stance with both hands outstretched and one clenched fist (not that he could clench the other even if he wanted to).
I have no weapons to drop but I focus my qi around my body increasing its already enhanced strength even more instead of sending it out to stop the monsters movement again and finally take up tiger stance.
I really hope that spear and spirit core are worth all this effort.
