Rohan opened his eyes to check the fruits of labour but suddenly agonizing pain assaulted his eyes, he gritted his teeth and closed his eyes while enduring pain.
After few moment, his eyes opened, first his eyes turned black then tiny stars like dots appeared in his eyes then finally blackness receded and with a glowing bluish hue his eyes returned to normal.
Rohan opened the system to check description of newly created ability
[Cosmic Eyes :- Host eyes can see through any type of illusion, formation, different spectrums of energy. Host eyes can ascertain the truth about past and present of things. Anything host lays his eyes on, all information will be visible to him. This eyes can help host gaze deep into cosmos and different dimensions.
The only limit is Host power level, the effectiveness of eyes will increase with power level]
Rohan grinned after reading "yep, exactly this type of eyes I wanted to create, now I will know at least what I am getting into."
Arya was just smiling inwards 'now I can see why you had Forge as your ability, you are natural at it.'
Rohan noticed something peculiar in system notification and asked "Arya, why does it say now that Cosmic Authority understanding increased instead of 'Cosmic Forge' understanding?"
[Hmm...I thought you wouldn't notice in your excitement of skills and ability creation. The ability 'Cosmic Forge' is derivative of Cosmic Authority but after you crossed 1% threshold, your Cosmic Authority unlocked. So if you create something ultimately your Cosmic Authority will increase, you should also check the other benefits of Cosmic Authority] Arya replied.
Rohan nodded in understanding and said "much appreciated, that's nice" he then checked Cosmic Authority benefits.
[Cosmic Authority :- It is Supreme Dominion which grants user complete control over all of creation, cosmos and all Dominions below Supreme tier.

Rohan chuckled seeing the benefits and said excitedly "well now I can create dragons. Although I should wait, there is so much to do."
Rohan sighed, it's been few hours since he got inheritance and learned about all things and sometimes it still feels to him like he is in a novel or something but the power coursing through his veins they felt very real and pain he gone through during evolution and merging made him realize that it's not a dream or novel but suddenly a thought came in his mind and he asked
"Arya, this is just my speculation which I have gotten through multiple novel and anime but in most cases the person in question died on earth and reincarnated elsewhere so am I going to die and born again somewhere else with my memories intact?"
Arya chuckled [yeah, I watched your memories so I know what you are talking about, some are slightly true rest are just rubbish. In your case, you had family here so I postponed the idea, reincarnation is needed so that you are born in mana enriched atmosphere for growth in Power level but that is not possible here.
This was also the reason I told you to create mana enriched consumable items for evolution to increase your power level. So you can still reincarnate but now you have to grow powerful enough capable of inter-universal travel, but the positive point is that you can choose which world you want to reincarnate]
Rohan sucked in cold breath and thought he just dodged a stray bullet, a random stabbing or legendary truck kun accident.
After few moments of silence he said "Thank you Arya for considering my feeling although I am happy I get to be recipient of such inheritance but I would have been very troubled knowing that my family would have been in pain if I died and born elsewhere. So truly thanks for this."

[Dimensional Veil :- Allows host to enter different dimension which make him invisible to all kinds of senses and make him truly invisible. Power level till 2 levels higher than host won't be able to detect.
Allows host any body parts or whole to phase through any kind of physical attack.]
